- Strong TypeScript, React/Next.js and Node
- Comfortable designing schemas and APIs, not just consuming them
- Able to talk directly to a client without a translator

AI Engineer
Put LLMs into real processes: agents, retrieval, evaluation and the plumbing that keeps them honest in production.
- Experience shipping an LLM feature that real users depend on
- Python or TypeScript, plus solid data fundamentals
- Opinionated about evaluation — you measure before you claim

Own discovery and interface design for client products — from the first conversation to the shipped screen.

- Fluent in Figma and in design systems developers can actually use

Platform Engineer
Keep everything we build running: infrastructure as code, observability, security and cost discipline.
- AWS in production, described as code (Terraform or CDK)
- CI/CD, containers and real observability practice

- Comfortable owning on-call for a small, sane surface
